Global PC Sales Tumble

Global PC sales dropped by 4% this year because Microsoft’s latest version of Windows failed to revitalize the industry, which is the biggest decrease since research company IDC started tracking the industry in 1994.
IDC said they shipped 76.3 million units, a figure that highlights the appeal of smart phones and tablets as alternatives to PCs.
